Ancient manuscripts as cultural heritage have high historical and cultural value, but many have not received adequate attention from academics and have suffered damage due to various factors such as humidity, insect attacks, and improper storage. The Sirr Al-Fatihah manuscript as part of the Nusantara tafsir literature that explores the deepest meaning dimension of surah Al-Fatihah needs to be studied to contribute to the understanding of the dynamics of religious writing in Indonesia and as a form of cultural heritage preservation. The research uses a qualitative method with a codicological approach through literature study, descriptive analysis of the physical aspects of the manuscript, and codicological analysis to examine the physical structure of the manuscript in depth.
